My programs safely and effectively work with "active agers". Exercise is central in restoring and/or maintaining functional independence and health in older adults. My programs cover comprehensive exercise progressions for core, balance, lower and upper body strengthening, whole-body movements and effective stretching and mobility training. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 78 million people aged 65 and older are projected to be living in the United States by 2035. I will be among them and you may be as well.
